Boomers to Busters: Summer Solstice Rooftop Soiree

June 16 @ 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm

On Friday, June 16, join Boomers to Busters and enjoy the latest sunset of the year on a private rooftop taking in one of the most exquisite views anywhere in Washington: an unobstructed southern panoramic view encompassing the Jefferson and Washington Memorials, White House and the Capitol. Relax with people who took tests run off of mimeograph machines.

Light Dinner Buffet of Sandwiches and Salads, Soft Drinks Included. Cash Bar for Wine and Beer.

Early Bird registration is $30 until June 4th; then Regular Registration is $35 until June 11th; after that Late Registration, and walk-ins (if available), is $40. Last year we sold out.  To register click here.

1730 Pennsylvania Ave. NW is three blocks south of the Farragut North and West Metros.  Separate room is available in case of inclement weather.  Street parking is tight but the building has paid parking.

Boomers to Busters is sponsored by the University of Chicago Club of DC. It is targeted for alumni of all schools who were undergraduates from the 1970s to 1990s, and their spouses, partners, and guests.

Schools advertising Boomers to Busters events include Amherst, Barnard, Berkeley, Brown, Bryn Mawr, Carleton, Carnegie Mellon, Case Western Reserve, Chicago, Columbia, Connecticut, Emory, Georgia Tech, Haverford, Johns Hopkins, Kenyon, Michigan, MIT, Mount Holyoke, Northwestern, Penn State, Pennsylvania, Pomona, Princeton, Smith, Stanford, Swarthmore, Tulane, Wellesley, Williams, Yale and the Capital Alumni Network.  All others are welcome.
